TEEN ATHLETIC TRAINING
Ages 13-16
A 6 week athletic training that will challenge your teens mind, body and performance. The program will increase one's health and athletic fitness level while having fun with other young athletes!
During this stage of training we focus on
-Speed
-Maximal strength
-Static strength
-Flexibility (major muscle groups)
-Balance
2X WEEKLY : TIME: 4PM any day during the week
