We will put together a plan that focuses on your individual needs and fitness goals. Whether you’re training to lose weight, gain muscle or in need of change to become a healthier person, Faith Fitness will help you with anything you’ll need to reach your goals. Here, we will take the time to learn about your health, nutritional habits and even short and long term goals. You will be provided customized workouts, nutritional guide and open gym access. Packages vary how many times one will like to train weekly for either 4-6 weeks plans.

WORKOUT ANYWHERE

Faith Fitness HTX  brings motivation, accountability and coaching directly to you at your location, on your time. No boundaries, no limits. You will experience one on one expert coaching with a Certified Personal Trainer via video chat that is designed to assist you in achieving your health and wellness goals no matter how big or small. All you need is either access to free weights, resistance bands or a gym depending on what the client wants to do, we can further plan a customized program.

TRAINING APP

Want to workout on your own either at the gym or at home and still have custom workouts at the palm of your hand. This one is for you! This is similar to virtual training expect you will have an app programing to access your workouts instead of the virtual training with a trainer. On the app you are able to communicate with your trainer, see sample videos, customized workouts, and nutritional guide.

START YOUNG

Ages 13-16

A 6 week athletic training that will challenge your teens mind, body and performance. The program will increase one's health and athletic fitness level while having fun with other young athletes!

During this stage of training we focus on

-Speed

-Maximal strength

-Static strength

-Flexibility (major muscle groups)

-Balance

2X WEEKLY : TIME: 4PM or 10am any day during the week
